We also have experience in conducting due diligences related to financial and real estate transactions, as well as regularizations and other procedures before the Real Estate Registries and the Federal Government Assets Secretariat – SPU.

Always counting on the joint and specialized participation of the capital markets area, our professionals carry on studies and analysis of real estate documentation aiming the incorporation of real estate funds, issuance of debentures and securitization processes, in addition to implement and constitute real estate guarantees in structured financial market transactions (mortgages and guarantees).
